This couch is in immaculate condition.. it was just sat on at the begining of 2009.. we use to have a sitting room in the basement so it was never used.. it has been scotch guarded and still has warrenty left on it.. the warrenty includes cigarette burns and blood stains ( paid extra for that protection) Purchased for 1500 still have original reciept and papers for it they have been under the couch cushion since purchase this couch has been covered w throws since purchase and has never been sat on directly immaculate condition a must see
