Our “Day of Wedding Coordination” service is our most popular service starting at $800.00 (PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE) and the service can include but not limited to:
• Complimentary one hour consultation to discuss your wedding day requirements.
• Approximately 20 – 30 hours of service, with 8 – 12 hours being executed on the day of your wedding.
• Up to three consultations to finalize all details, logistics and plans for your wedding day.
• Continuous support via phone or email two (2) months prior to wedding day.
• Timeline preparation and execution.
• Rehearsal coordination.
• Wedding party and family management.
• Vendor coordination.
• Preparation of detailed itinerary for the wedding day.
• Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony.
• Wedding day management (ceremony coordination, reception coordination).
• Supervision and/or the set-up of the reception site.
• Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc.).
• Transportation of small items from the ceremony to the reception.
• Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception.
• Assistance to the guests in any way possible.
• Handling of anything unexpected.
• Pack away your gifts.
• With the presence of the best man and maid of hour, count, seal and lock up envelopes.
